Our dear bright, beautiful daughter/sister/aunt has left this world and is now in the loving arms of our Lord.
We are sad that we will not see or be able hug her anymore. We will miss the walks in the park and the smiles when she saw us. She is now, free from dementia. She is free from an existence that didn’t show her true character. Lisa loved to dance salsa, she enjoyed Taste on the Danforth and always made arrangements with others to go eat corn dogs at the CNE, yearly.
Lisa was fun loving, adventurous and athletic!
Lisa was born to Margaret Noble (Ed) and Andres Whiteman (deceased) Lisa spoke about her life partner, Ed Donich, with love, laughter and happiness Ed took meticulous care of Lisa as she walked the difficult long road of dementia. Lisa loved and was very proud of Ed’s children: Jordan, Adam and Melissa. Lisa did not have children of her own, she was called to love the children who were in her life. Her brother Russel’s (Kay) children and grandchildren: Baby Russel (Menelek & Netzakh) Alan, Jasmin. Her sister Gillian’s children: Brent (Fox & Vivian) Hayden (Ava) Kiera (Xander). Her brother Andrew’s (Judy) children: Jared & Mikaelle.
Lisa will be missed by all her extended family, too numerous to mention and by friends who loved her and everyone who met her.
Our family would like to thank the nurses and PSWs at Grandview Lodge who patiently looked after Lisa for years. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church, Dunnville on Monday February 17, 2025 at 11:00 am. with cremation to follow.
