On Wednesday. November 20, in his 88th year, Robert Donald Vallee of St. Catharines passed away peacefully at Niagara Hospice Centre.
Robert (Bob) was born and raised in Brantford. The family moved to Dunnville where he met his former wife Margaret (Peggy) and raised their family. Bob was a baseball and hockey coach to his sons and retired in his 60th year in St. Catharines from Beatrice Foods/Avondale Dairy. He will be lovingly remembered by his sons Wayne (Helen), Roger (Kimberly), Tom (Bekki) and predeceased by Gene (Sue). Survived by his sister Freida and predeceased by his 6 siblings; Lloyd, Olive, Clarence, Charles, Ron and Vernon. Also survived by his 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grand children, friends and family.
A Celebration of Life will be held on November 30 between 1-4 pm at Henry of Pelham Estate Winery 1469 Pelham Road, St. Catharines, Ontario.

Bob was my baseball coach for two years, incredibly patient and made everyone feel like they were part of the team. One of my positive childhood experiences.
