Swick, Jeff “Pork”. Suddenly, on Tuesday May 12, 2020 in his 57th year.Jeff Swick beloved husband and best friend to Bernie. Loving son of Judy and the late Don Swick. Lovingly remembered by his brothers Doug (Jackie) and John (Becki). Sadly missed by his father-in-law Edward (late Gloria) , brothers-in-law Bobby (Joan), Edward, late Albert, Joey (Kari), and sisters-in-law Shirley (late Walt), Gloria (Kenny). Loving uncle to Silas, Mait, Emily, Gus, Bruce (Linda), Loralie (Brad), Jay, Michael (Krista), Drew (Jenna), Devin (Crystal), Trenton, Evann, Gracie, Ben, Ellianna, Barrett and Winston. His furbaby Sabre will miss his Daddy. Jeff was loved by his aunts, uncles, many cousins and friends and by his favourite brownie cousin Noreen.
Private cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be announced when Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted. Memorial donations to Heart and Stroke (heartandstroke.ca) or Diabetes Canada (diabetes.ca) would be appreciated by the family. Online condolences jwhartfuneralhome.com
I really liked this guy! He was always so nice and amiable and a true gentleman. He was very quiet but always had a twinkle in his eye, a little mischievous. He will be missed but not soon forgotten. My condolences to all the family. I look forward to the day when we can celebrate his life properly!!!

Sorry for your lose
Many fond memories of Jeff growing up in Dunnville. Playing slo pitch baseball in town to hanging out afterwards. Even the odd adventure down Niagara way. Will never forget that grin Jeff always had. Our thoughts and prayers to all of Jeff’s family. RIP Pork Man.

So saddened to hear of Jeff’s passing. I spent many days hanging with my cousins at the Swick house. Swimming, and playing cars in the basement. Jeff is fondly remembered. He was one of the good ones. Another bright light has been dimmed. My condolences to Bernie and Sabre, John and Becki, and Doug and Jackie.
I always liked Jeff, he always had a smile, and was a nice guy. My condolences to his family. He will be missed.
