SURRIDGE, Edna Alison (nee Swick). Peacefully, at the Haldimand War Memorial Hospital, Dunnville on Tuesday November 23, 2021 in her 82nd year.
Edna Surridge beloved wife of the late Mervin Surridge. Loving mother to Craig and his wife Shirley. Proud and loving Grandma of Brittany Ricker (John), Brooke (Adrien), and Raebecca Phibbs (Jordan). Great grandmother of Hope, Grace, Matthew , Rylan, Echoe, and Declan. Lovingly remembered by her sisters Ivy Teslak, Sherry Winnitoy (Garry), brother Bill Swick (Isabelle) and by her many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her parents Cliff and Minnie Swick, brother Joe Swick and wife Millie Swick and by her brother-in-law Joe Teslak.
Friends are welcome to join the family for a brief yet meaningful visit to allow as many visitors as Covid-19 Protocols allow at JW Hart Funeral Home , Dunnville on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Funeral will be held in the Chapel on Monday November 29, 2021 at 11:00 am followed by interment at Oakwood Cemetery, Wainfleet. Online condolences jwhartfuneralhome.com

Aunt Edna was truly a wonderful lady. Her smile and laugh could light up any room. I have too many wonderful memories to mention just one. She always made you feel welcome in her home and was always there for her family and friends. She will missed by so many….rest in peace Aunt Edna xoxo. Edna was a great sister in law and a wonderful lady. She was always good at sports and was a great curler . I was able to participate in several Bonspiels with her over the years. She always welcome us into her home many times. She had a special gift for sharing her heart in the most amazing ways. Edna will be greatly missed by all.
