Death
Siemens, Lowry Peter. It is with great sadness that the family announces Lowry’s passing in his 78th year.
Most of his life Lowry worked as a crane operator. He enjoyed stock car racing as a vintage car driver, watching NASCAR races and had a love of antique cars and the get togethers with friends.
Lowry will be dearly missed by his wife Susan of 49 years, his brothers Dave (Tricia), Fred (Donna), sisters Esther (Hudson), Grace (Don) and by his nieces and nephews. Sue, we are so so sorry for your loss. Lowry will be missed so much at our Happy Hour gatherings every Saturday. He was a kind and gentle soul and we heard so many great stories from him. We are lifting our little red cup with Bailey’s shooter to toast our friend. Hugs to you Sue.

Deepest condolences to the Siemens family. Although I moved away from the Dunnville area many years ago, Lowry and I were of the same vintage and I’ll always remember him as being a really nice guy- someone you liked to be around.

So sad to hear this news, condolences to the entire family, Sue and all of you have been family friends for decades. Lowry taught me lots of things when I was Young fella, he took me a couple times to Port Colborne when some of us were together at our place or his and he got called out for a quick crane job, at the canal. I got to go in an ships engine room once, he let me drive the truck tractor and showed me how to run a crane and a backhoe. Just a couple examples. He will be missed by so many.

Lowry and I worked on the same crew on the drilling rig,in 1966,we went Florida after shutting down the rig, had a great time ,lot’s of memories with him I’am sadden that he is gone but not forgotten. Bill Aikens.
