We would like to thank Sunnybrook and McMaster Children’s Hospital, J W Hart Funeral Home, as well as our friends and family for their love and support during this most heartbreaking tragedy. Due to severe complications of undiagnosed Type 2 Diabetes, we lost our baby girl at 31 weeks. In honour of our angel, Arya Leeann Moyer, we are participating in and raising money and awareness for Diabetes Canada’s event “Lace Up to End Diabetes” this September; Arya was due September 19, 2021.
