Maria Barbara Maciejewski, born February 25, 1958.
Daughter of Pelagia and Wladyslaw, sister of Michal, Zofia and Krystyna. Mother of Bogumil and Krystyna ( Michal son-in-law). Babcia to Maddyn, Adrian and Angelica. Former wife of Wojciech.
Maria, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2024 in her home surrounded by her children and grandchildren. Maria (Basia) loved to laugh and be surrounded by family and friends at a bountiful table. She loved flowers, plants, canoeing and the outdoors. In her role as PSW, Maria deeply cared for the individuals she supported. Maria inspired and encouraged her children and many others to love life, to be honest and live in accordance to God’s Law. Maria (Basia) will be deeply missed by family and friends.
To honour Maria a visitation will be held at J.W.Hart Funeral Home, 113 Lock St. E., Dunnville on Sunday, December 8 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Michael the Archangel Parish, 201 Alder St. West on Monday December 9, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Online condolences at www.jwhartfuneralhome.com
