Pamela Joukema nee Lemke. (July 31, 1959 ~ June 17, 2023 )
We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister. Beloved wife of Edward Joukema. Loving mother to Mandy McIntyre-Briggs (Dennis), Jesse Joukema (Alcia), Jacqueline Toner (Dustin), Jamie Joukema, and Jessica Joukema (Anthony). Proud and loving grandma of Chase, Connor, Ellie, Elaina and Ayla. Cherished daughter of Donald and the late Ruth Lemke (nee Halstead). Lovingly remembered by siblings Donald (Karen), Judy Ippolito (Carmen) and by nieces and nephews Tom, Rachel, Alison, Caitlyn, Cassalee, Bethany, Salvatory, Melvin, Tyler, Jacoby, Jeremy and Oliver. Sadly missed by her inlaws John and Lenore, Lori, Johnny, Jimmy and their families.
Pam loved to sing and of course where there was music and singing sooner or later she would break in to the Mom Dance for which she was famous! For those who know, you know! She enjoyed online gaming and Serendipity Drawing. The only thing bigger than her heart was her love for her family. We love you to the Moon and back.
