FLEMING, Patricia
June 23, 1962 – May 31, 2025
Trish passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by loved ones.
Predeceased by her beloved partner Hubert Coombs. Loving daughter of the late Leo and Elizabeth Fleming. Tricia will be deeply missed by her sisters Susan O’Brien (Wayne) and Linda Vinette (Brian Barrow). Cool Aunt Trish to Tammy Ruschpler (Stephen) and Bradley Vinette (Joey). Great-aunt to Clara, Natasha, and the late Natalie Ruschpler. Trish will be missed by her close friends Brian and Pappy, Eileen and Buzz, Wish and Anita, Helen, and many more friends from the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 142 and the Queens, both in Dunnville.
Trish was fun-loving, always laughing, and wanted everyone she cared about to be happy. She loved living in the peacefulness of nature and kept her beautiful trailer home spotless.
We would like to thank John from J.W. Hart Funeral Home (Dunnville) for all the help and support. As per Trish’s wishes, a private cremation has taken place, and there will be no funeral. Please remember and honour Trish in your own way. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 142 would be appreciated. Online condolences at jwhartfuneralhome.com

On part of the family from downunder our sincere condolences to all for your loss, hope she is flying high with all relatives that has gone before.
Trish was a beautiful soul and one of the most beautiful ladies I’ve ever met. I had the honor of serving her at the legion each time she came in. She touched my heart in a way that not many people have. She will now have a place in my heart forever May your spirit guide me and comfort me when I think of you for you will always be dear to me my beautiful Trish 🙏🙏😘
Rest in peace.
It was great getting to know you.
Joyce Branch 142
I spent alot of time with Trish in the last year. She was fun-loving , generous, kind and made me laugh till I cried.
Our times at the “hen” table at the legion will always be in my heart. Bon voyage sweetie. I miss you. 😢
Fly high Trish. You are now at Peace.
Cheers our friend.
Just a short note to send our sympathy to all of Trish’s family and friends.
There are two of us first cousins, Sean & Roisin living in Ireland and our sister Maeve in Texas.
While we have never been to Canada we love to hear of news of our relations even such sad news as of the untimely passing of Trish.
We pray that she is now at peace in her Heaven in the company of her God.
In my entire live I only had TWO really great friends that really had my back and Trish was one of them. Last i seen Trish was in passing while driving through Stoney Creek but was unable to stop. If only I knew.
Trish came from good genes. Both her parents were like second parents to me and that’s why Trish was so great. Her parents, Susan and Linda. Trish had an older sister and a younger sister. She was smack dab in between like a book between bookends.
we had a lot of fun together but mist of all we had eachothers back and that’s whT really made her my best friend.
