Jesse Robert DeForest Cottingham
Jesse passed away suddenly in his home in Dunnville, Ontario. He is survived by his mother Charlene (née DeForest) and his brothers Jordan (Leigh-Anne, recently deceased) and Jamie (Carol), his sister Kymberlee (Michael), his nieces Natalie and Julie, and his aunts Dianne (Chris) and Jacalyn (Andy). Jesse was predeceased by his father James (Jim), paternal grandparents William and Eileen Cottingham, maternal grandparents Gladys and Edward DeForest, and his Uncle John. Jesse enjoyed fishing, camping, cooking, woodworking, and music. He was a whiz with computers and a fan of awful B movies – the cheesier the better! Jesse, we love you and will remember your tremendous warmth, wonderful smile, big hugs, and infectious laughter. “I will always climb the mountain because I have heard the big music and I’ll never be the same. Something so pure has called my name.”

My sincere condolences to the Cottingham/Deforest families. I have been a longtime friend of Kym Cottingham for years I had the unique privilege of watching the two boys for I think a week while Kym and Charlene were on Vacation,
Jesse and Jorden I remember being a lot of fun and Jesse to be one of the sweetest boys I ever had the pleasure of meeting.
