Ruth Baker passed away peacefully on December 18th ,2021 in Niagara Falls in her 98th year.
A special thank you to Major Renée Clark and Staff for their excellent care. Ruth was predeceased by her parents Clarence and Verlie Baker and by brothers Ray and Roy Baker. Ruth was a dedicated member of Grace United Church in Canboro where she taught Sunday school.
Ruth taught for 36 years in different locations, Canboro School, James Morden and Drummond Road Schools in Niagara Falls. Ruth enjoyed her retirement in her beautiful home she had built after she retired. Private cremation has taken place. Brian and Carole, it was a pleasure to have Ruth entrusted into our care and a part of our Eventide family. She will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.

So sorry to hear of Ruth’s passing. We lived next door to her Mom & Roy for many years and enjoyed visiting Ruth at her home on Fairview St. before she moved. Such a sweet lady.
