“A mother’s love is like a garden, where the sun always shines and the season is always spring.”
It is with great heartache we announce the passing of Alice Elizabeth Burdett- Holcroft (nee Fletcher), who crossed over peacefully on November 13th, 2022 in her 94th year with loved ones by her side. Predeceased by her husband Haydn (1993). Beloved mother of Haydn (MaryJane), Stephen, Melanie (Brian), Tina (Doug). Most special Nan to Dan , Dana and Liam. Will be sorely missed by her kitty Scarlett. Cherished by her friends and large family in England.
Special thank you to Dr Xu, and the caring and attentive nurses at The Dunnville Hospital. Cremation and private service has taken place.
Always thinking of others, mum was a giving and selfless woman ; eternally strong, resilient and youthful. She believed in appreciating everything in life and making the best of everything. She was our rock , our phone call every day, the glue that kept us together and she taught us the importance of family values. Others would do well to live by her example.

So truly sorry to hear this sad news I have wonderful memories of your Mum through the years. She was a very special to me. So caring and kind. Always loved having a chat with her. Big hugs to you all and please know you are in my thoughts and prayers Love Tracey & family
