Hoover, Wava Myrth (Clark). Peacefully on Monday October 31st, 2022 in her 94th year.
Wava Myrth, survived by her loving children: Christopher, Leah (Ellen Theriault) and Mary (Dave Burden). Predeceased by her husband, Gordon in 2019.
Also, lovingly remembered by her son, Charles R. Smith (Karen), grandchildren Charity Brookes (Michael) and Aaron Smith, and by her great grandchildren Tobias, Hope, and Miles.
Visitation at JW Hart Funeral Home, Dunnville, Ontario, Thursday, November 3rd from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Chapel Service Friday, November 4th at 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Dunnville. Friends and family are invited to join afterwards at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 142 for fellowship and refreshments. Wava was a genuine and beautiful soul. Her many stories, paintings and love of singing were some of my favorite things about Wava. WAC’s was such a bright light in the room wherever she was. I loved working with her at the Co-op, she made it fun! Bumping into her here and there was always memorable and seeing her during my weekly visits to the lodge brightened my day. My condolences to you all, great lady, goona be missed♥️

Dear Hoovers. Wava and her red hat! I remember when we were in Italy and I sent Wava a picture of Scott wearing my new red hat. She sent a beautiful email saying how she could picture that hat on me, with a black jacket, big gold buttons, gold earrings and the red hat. Seeing her in her red hat brought a smile to my face and happy memories. Your mom was a beautiful sole and we will miss her dearly. Gordon and Wava were a lovely fun couple to be with. We happened to be on the same bus trip together to New Orleans and enjoyed each other’s company.
