WORSNOP, Linda Gail.

[1]Worsnop, Linda Gail (nee Partridge-Clinch)   1945 – 2021

Peace I leave with you, my own peace I give you. I do not give it to you as the world does. Do not be worried and upset; do not be afraid.   John 14:27

Linda Gail Partridge was born in the City of Hamilton to parents Gordon and Minnie Partridge.  Gail was raised with siblings Bob, Norm, Don, and Joyce Partridge. Gail was raised with a joyful heart.  This was obvious to others because Gail loved to sing.  Gail loved to spend time gardening and to watch flowers blossom and bloom.  This unique love of singing and enjoying plants growing spilled over into her work life. Gail spent years working for the City of Hamilton.  Gail also gave of her time to help with the Canadian Blood Services assisting with getting people ready to give blood and to make sure they were comfortable and relaxed.  Gail was just the person to do this when noticed by her management bosses and they further trained her to be able to complete the whole procedure.  There was just something about Gail and her joyful heart and compassionate personality.

Gail furthered her education to receive her PSW Diploma in June 2000.  Gail was further able to extend her loving hands in compassionate care to other people in need.  This was just who Gail was – a person wanting to help someone else.

Gail will be deeply missed by her husband Gerry Worsnop and her two grown children – son Randy and daughter Rebecca.  Gail was a loving grandmother of 3 grandchildren. Up until Gail’s final day on earth she loved to have someone over to visit with, have a meal and treasure the friendship. Gail also mentioned to me that St. Ann’s Community Church was her home church. Gail loved her faith; and Gail loved her Lord and Saviour – Jesus Christ. Gail is now at Peace and is now resting in her Heavenly Home.

A Service of Committal will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery, Dunnville on Friday October 22, 2021 at 3:00pm. Outdoor Covid-19 protocols in place, online condolences jwhartfuneralhome.com
