Earl Floyd Tapp born on October 5th 1930 went to be with the Lord in his 93rd year on August 7th 2023 at the Haldimand War Memorial Hospital surrounded by family.
Beloved husband of 63 and a half years to Ethel Kathleen Tapp (nee Weasner). Loving father of Ethel (Martin), Joe (Jane), Jake (Erika). Proud grandfather of Jayne, Joey, Justin, Jeffrey, Jessica and great granchildren Aleeah, Aliza, Joy and Jayde. Sadly missed by his brother and sister inlaws , nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Irene and Francis and by his two brothers and by his sister.
Friends may call at JW Hart Funeral Home, 113 Lock St East, Dunnville on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be held at Calvary Pentecostal Church 1245 Hwy Broad St East, Dunnville on Friday August 11, 2023 at 11:00 am. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery. So sorry to hear of your loss. May the Lord comfort you in this time of sorrow.
It was an absolutely pleasure to be involved with the Tapp family over the years, especially taking care of Floyd who was one of the strongest, and most determined clients I worked with. Through it all he always had a smile for me.
Floyd will be greatly missed on the Farm and by the hospital staff.
I can just see him now leading a team of horses which he loved so dearly.
My son will forever treasure the books Floyd gave him about Dunnville history.
Rest easy my friend. You are in God’s hands now ❣️
