Passed away peacefully at Grandview Lodge, Dunnville on October 9, 2019 after a period of extended illness.

Anne was born in Gogama a small remote Ontario community on March 23, 1938. She spent much of her childhood in the northern communities of Folyet and Espanola. As a young adult she joined the Royal Canadian Air Force , Quebec Sanaterre. After leaving the forces she lived for a period of time in Saskatoon and Whitehorse. Subsequently Anne lived most of her adult life in Dunnville, Ontario where she worked as a waitress, taxi driver, baysitter and apartment superintendent. Throughout her life Anne loved interacting with her friends and relatives and she particularly loved caring for children. She also provided care and support for her mother who moved to Dunnville after the death of her husband.

Anne was an avid card player and enjoyed reading her many books. Rest in peace Anne.
